What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

CFS is a debilitating disorder characterised by extreme fatigue that does not dissipate after sleep and can not be explained by underlying health conditions.

Common symptoms can include exhaustion, muscle and joint pain, frequent headaches and swollen lymph nodes in the neck and armpits. The cause of CFS is unknown and can affect anyone at any time.
