What is a Migraine?
A Migraine is a recurrent throbbing headache typically affecting one side of the head often accompanied by disturbed vision and nausea.
Causes of a migraine vary from allergies, stress, and light. Those who have regular Migraines can clearly identify  their triggers. Common symptoms can include a pain on one or both sides of the head, throbbing or pulsing pain, light, and audio sensitivity and lightheadedness.
