Anne Manning

Hello, my name is Anne,  I work with the Devon Clinic providing therapeutic counselling to children, teenagers, and adults.  Unlike adults, children and young people can find it more difficult to talk about themselves or to even know what might be troubling them. They can feel like they don’t belong or fit in with the world around them.

I use a range of creative therapy techniques to enable each person to communicate successfully. This helps them to tell their story in a way that is comfortable for them, in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. This can help them understand why they may think, feel and behave in certain ways and provides opportunities for solutions or change and a way forward.

I gained my Higher Level Diploma in 2006 and have 16 years of experience working with children,  teenagers, young adults, and adults in the education sector for South Devon and Torbay.
