Hello, my name is Dawn and I have a lifelong fascination with human behaviour, psychology and the long term effects of childhood trauma. I believe each individual human is a unique one off and that we come into the world with our very own set of gifts – a well of potential, if you like. Either through trauma or the demands of society, family etc, or, a combination of both, our original selves can get buried. We can feel like we have lost our way or can get overwhelmed with unhelpful behaviours and habits.
I have seen how hypnotherapy can unravel tricky problems and issues and help people navigate their way out of what can seem like insurmountable problems.
I provide a welcoming, comfortable place where you can feel relaxed enough to join me in the work of exploring and recovering your true self and your true potential, also, to let go of any unhelpful patterns/habits or beliefs that can keep you stuck. It is immensely rewarding when a client starts to see real results in their life. I like to tailor the session to meet the needs of the client.
I trained as a hypnotherapist with the Devon Clinic, I also have
Level 2 NCFE in Counselling Skills.
My area of special interest includes but is not limited to trauma, including religious/spiritual abuse.
In my spare time I enjoy walking in Nature, Qi Gong, reading, playing piano, writing and spending time with family.
Please get in touch with any questions you may have to see if I can assist you on the next stage of your life’s journey – it would be an honour.
