“Through my work, I have been privileged to gain insight into how people react and cope when faced with adverse and life-threatening events. The knowledge, experiences and skills learned have allowed me to provide an effective service that is guided by the person who is seeking support.

To develop my practice further, I have trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have also co-facilitated Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy courses with a skilled mindfulness teacher for 7 years.

My goal is to use my knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective support for those who are troubled with anxiety and sleep problems. I aim to provide a service that is focused and short term. Self-learning and a desire to increase self-awareness are key to my approach.”
