Tee Sliwinska - Integrative Counsellor and EMDR practitioner
Integrative, Trauma-Informed Therapy Tailored to You — Session by Session
My approach is integrative and deeply personal, existential, blending evidence-based approaches such as EMDR with more traditional talking therapies focusing on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem, eating disorders, abandonment, phobias, OCD, relationships or even limerence. I mostly work within frames of Person Centred, CBT, Gestalt, IFS, psychodynamic elements and spirituality (if that’s what you need).
It might sound like a lot, but in reality, it simply means your therapy is tailored to your current needs, even if they change from one session to another.
To me, therapy is about creating a space where you can explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply in need of a space to talk, I’m here to support you with honesty, empathy, and a touch of challenge when needed. No pressure or judgment, just a conversation that helps you move forward.
Our work can be long-term or short-term, solution-focused, depending on what suits you.
