Payment

There are several ways in which you can pay for your treatment(s);

  • Per appointment
  • Advance payment
  • one-off payments

We accept the following forms of payment;

  • Cash
  • Credit*/debit card
  • Standing order
  • BACS

*Please note there is a 2% charge on credit cards

 

Cancellation Policy

  • A notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations
  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee

From time to time the clinic runs discounts and special offers. For more information please see our special offers page located in the menu.

Complaints can be made in person, via telephone, email or letter.

  • In exceptional circumstances, The Devon Clinic reserves the right to share personal information with relevant authorities when it is felt a person is at significant risk of harm

  • We reserve the right to halt treatment if you are under the influence of intoxicating substances
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment on the grounds of verbal, mental or physical abuse
  • We reserve the right to pass information onto relevant authorities should the need arise
